With 21 years of coaching experience, I've had the privilege to work with incredibly talented players brimming with raw potential. Unfortunately, this often results in players missing out on essential core skills crucial for success at a competitive level.

I'm Ryan Griffith, and I established RR Soccer Academy with a fundamental mission: to provide top-notch soccer training to all youth players, irrespective of their circumstances. My core value revolves around the holistic development of youth through soccer. Soccer isn't just a sport for me; it's my passion, my refuge, my muse, and my first love.

My overarching goal is to empower youth through soccer, fostering a sense of unity within the community of Philadelphia and its surrounding counties. By developing the youth through sportsmanship and teamwork, I aim to create a lasting impact, ensuring that every aspiring player has the opportunity to thrive and succeed on and off the field.
